  2. Thanks Marloes! I don't know when I have had more fun working on a little something for the blog!
Andrew and I were discussing the fact that we should share the way we make pancakes here, and then I thought about recording the moment(s) as we went along...
You see the results of that little brainstorm session.
When Don came downstairs Saturday morning (and we were in the midst of mixing and photographing) Andrew told him "we're making pancakes, and then we're gonna blog about it"
    hahahahaha!

  4. I don't know anyone who can eat pancakes all day, either. Really. No one in our house can. No, really.

Absolutely terrific - the recipe, the helper, the whole thing! Can I come help next time? I promise not to sit on the counter.

  5. Oh, Jenn, I can't TELL you how much I loved this. Loved, loved, loved this!!! This is the cutest video EVER. And btw... those are MY DS's fave pancakes, too... we make them many, many Sundays. And wanna know something weird? Here's his fave topping combo - smoked salmon and confectioner's sugar. LOL

  6. That was well worth the wait. Graisen and I watched it and he is very impressed with Andrews cooking. The boys can make their own eggs but nothing as cute as that!

  11. You know the Dutch way of making pancakes looks fairly similar to the Aussie way.

    You've made me hungry.

  12. Oh my goodness, I thoroughly enjoyed this. I've now watched it several times, because last night when I was first watching, it wouldn't let me comment. Anyway, he is frickin' brackin' darling... as is his mommy. What a clever idea! And suddenly... I'm hungry. Great. Thanks.

  13. That was absolutely adorable. I'm sure our kids all think we're crazy - um lady could you put the camera down?? I love the part when he's eating and looking at you like "am I supposed to be doing something or what? okay I'll just eat."

I think my 10yo could eat pancakes all day everyday.

  14. Oh my, he's the cutest!

I love pancakes but don't think I could eat them all day. I'm more of a biscuit kind of gal.

And 500 grams of flour? *faint* This American can't understand. Does. Not. Compute.

I tagged you for a meme on my blog. If you have time and would like to do it, I hope you do. :) Oh, and did you get my email I sent you after I mailed your order?
