Oh no. How could you not have sent out your cards!!??LOL> You could be like me and get a card in the mail that was unsigned and had no return address on it so I do not know who sent me this beautiful Christmas card and cannot thank them!!
so? there's still lots of time. I am usually happy when I send them off before the New Year, which is not always the case. I'm not going to stress about it though as it has to be fun.
You are not alone... I still haven't posted any of mine yet!! This happens every year and I end up recycling them year after year (LOL!!) But I am planning to send them this year - at some point. Thanks for the visit :)
All mine are written, well my patients ones at least, still need to do the staff ... My parents have theirs, my SO's is in my bag ... And today at work I had to write cards for all the other departments from my ward.
I've had enough of Christmas cards to last a lifetime.
You know, I don't think I've sent out Christmas cards my whole life. I've meant to. One year I even went out and bought some, but that's the furthest I've gotten.
This was the first year in several that I mailed mine before Christmas, so I know how you feel. My card holder is so empty; I think everyone must be late this year.
LOL Great picture! We have our US ones out, but all our European cards are still sitting here. I figure they won't make it by Xmas anyway, so we might as wait until the holiday rush is over.
Oh... Christmas cards... sigh... one of those things I keep insisting I will do after the first of the year! If you are even thinking about them, you are doing better than I!
The story begins like this: A couple of years ago my husband got a crazy notion in his head that returning to school after years in the professional world might be a good idea. So he and I along with our three children left our suburban life in the U.S. and traded it for a new adventure in The Netherlands.
The saga continues like this:
A year of post graduate study was so much fun, we figured we'd stay a while longer. Working in a new field, attending new schools and living in a new city, I dare say we have settled into a rhythm in our expat lives.
This blog is the record I keep of our experiences here; good, bad and hilarious. Intended as an outlet for my expression, this is the place for me to say my something.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit :)
Hurry, hurry! :)
ReplyDeleteHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
ReplyDeleteOne year the on-line photo service sent a card without cropping the photo as I had ordered it so there was a big thumb in the bottom right corner.
Oh, and it listed the wrong family names. It listed "Jennifer, Bill and Tyler". I'm Allison, my husband is Craig and we had, at the time, two sons.
So we got new cards (for free and rushed delivery) and sent them both out. I wrote in gold pen "Why we're late this year" on the goofed cards.
Neither have mine... But I at least picked a photo today, even if it's pretty awful, lol.

ReplyDeleteWhen they come, they will be most welcome! Looks like your friends and family will receive some handmade creations.
ReplyDeleteNice blog. Keep up the good work. Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteI've sent out one card so far. I'm so lazy. Maybe I'll get more sent out.. don't know yet.
ReplyDeleteJan
No worries as they are 12 days of Christmas. By the way, better late than never.
ReplyDeleteIf you're wondering who to send it to, why not putting me into the list? Wuakkaa.. Just kidding.
Anyway, I posted nothing special this week, but I hope you can come and see it for
yourself
here.
Have fun!

ReplyDeleteWe got all of our out on Friday. No worries it happens eh! Happy WW and Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteJust send them out as New Year's cards. That way it's more secular.
ReplyDeleteI think one of those must be for me....
ReplyDeleteHo Ho Ho Mark
When we started simplifying our lives (aka, got lazy) one of the things we cut out was Xmas cards.
ReplyDeleteI still haven't sent my cards out yet.
