She's beautiful - what a smile! I love the yellow in the bottom corner - what an image! Well done.
ReplyDeleteShe looks very radiant and full of spirit. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHow cool! Glad you had the opportunity to see her.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful photo!
ReplyDeleteMy photos up too so please stop by
how cool is that? very nice photo of her!
ReplyDeleteExactly, but sometimes she comes to Brussels to see our royal family and Princess Maxima is a very good friend of Princess Mathilde. Beatrix has a lot of phantasy for her hats, lol she and Camilla really fit together ! I mean hatwise !
ReplyDeleteWe still have wonderful weather and for today they announced 27° ! unbelievable. My son lives (together with his dutch "wife") and works in Amsterdam there it's nice too.
She is truly beautiful and looks very genuine. Happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful experience! Good for you...
ReplyDelete~~~Blessings~~~
The Dutch royal house is so "unroyal." Funny how it's such an old, old house and line, but so unpretentious.
ReplyDeleteMy sister was named after a previous Dutch queen, Wilhelmina.
Great photo!
Definitely not an ordinary day!
ReplyDeleteDo you work at the international school? I'm currently teaching in Malaysia and love meeting fellow international school teachers :)
Beautiful photo and great opportunity.
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend!
Lovely picture, and taken only a week ago!
ReplyDeleteShe looks like a very friendly and happy person. A royal take on the theme, very good!!!
ReplyDeletehappy saturday :)
I am so glad you visited my blog. Would you believe this is the first time I have seen your queen :) Our king changes every five years. It is a lovely shot.
ReplyDeleteSo...how close were you to the Queen? Seems you had to be pretty close to take that photo -- unless your camera has huge telephoto lens! ;b
ReplyDeleteShe is definitely prettier than Queen Elizabeth II. God save the Queens!
ReplyDeletewow! its a honor to see her majesty glad you had given a chance.
ReplyDeleteHow cool- what a great photo.
ReplyDeleteWow, a queen! Really rare for me as I live in the US!

Great photo!! What a cool experience that you got to see her.
ReplyDeleteI would say that that is rare. Great photo!
ReplyDeleteJax said....I am sister of desert song bird and lived in the Netherlands for 11 years. I agree with her that the Royal House of Orange is very unpretentious and very approachable in its dealings with us common folks. In addition, the family is wealthier with more assets that the other royal family.
ReplyDeleteShe's a beautiful lady, and the photo captures it well. Thanks for stopping by my blog today.
ReplyDeletePerfect shot... what an honor!
ReplyDeleteShe's a good looking queen! :-)
ReplyDeleteI saw Queen Elizabeth in 1974 (I was 10,) in Chatham, New Brunswick, Canada. Yep - a rare occurence.
ReplyDeleteI was about 20 metres from her, tho and no camera.
The Queen looks so royal and beautiful....Thanks for sharing and visiting my blog today.

She's a cutie--reminds me of a grown up Shirley Temple or something.
