  1. I'm amazed at the reaction around the world to Obama's election. I have great hopes that from him America might have the first reasonable foreign policy in decades.

  3. Oh my goodness. I'm pinching myself over and over.

I have to find some tables to dance on - I have to admit, I was too exhausted last night, even as over the moon as I was.

  4. J - I am posting a Wordless Wednesday, only to discover that you came to the party early.

So, does this mean you'll come home now? I still need that hug!

  5. It will be a long, uphill climb, but I have hope. I have hope that things will improve and differences will be bridged.

  8. Hi Jenn,
Jeremy, the girls and I went to the Barack Obama Rally in Denver a couple of weeks ago. There was way over 100,000 people there supporting him. It was incredible to be there and then have Colorado go from red to blue in the election. What an inspiring moment for our country. The two big girls had just settled into sleep Tuesday night when they called it. I went running up the stairs yelling,"He won!!!He won!!!!" The girls were so thrilled. It is funny to see the children so into this historical event. I hope you are well, so sorry to hear about your friend. Very sad.

    Take care,
    Jody
