NO REPLY RECEIVED. NO TART DELIVERED.
Weird that.
Just to keep him on his toes for next time (and to help cement your reputation as a weirdo), you should have baked something like a mincemeat tart, cut in in half so everyone could see the kinda-boogery-looking insides and then taken it in and presented it to him with a big smile.
ReplyDelete...and keep an eye on your mailbox in the next week or so.
ummmm...given that the whole post here was about email, I guess I should have specified that the eye should be on the snail mailbox for something from Texas.
ReplyDeleteOh I love the atmosphere at your work :-)
ReplyDeletewhat is the dutch word for booger?
ReplyDeletehmmm... me thinks, "crass act" is more appropriate. ;)
ReplyDeletei just popped in for a visit and was charmed by your post today! Just goes to show what a freak I am!
ReplyDeleteYou are funny. I love jami's idea about the mincemeat tart. Too funny.

14:00 sharp?? You mean, people in the Nederlands arrive to things on time? In Belgium that's unheard of. Seriously, when someone says the party is at 20:00, they mean for you to show up somewhere between 20:30 and 21:30. People think I'm insane cause I show up for things a half hour early and everything here starts a half hour late. Just another reason for me to start mentioning a possible move to the Nederlands, hehee.
ReplyDeleteOh and Hans told me once that booger might translate to neusbeest (nose monster)
Cheeky monkey, you!
ReplyDeleteSounds kinda like my office. But no one would ever ask my to make a tart!
ReplyDeletehahahahahahahahahahahahaha
